Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and coach teams to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise, identifying areas for development and training needs.
  • Collaborate with management to recruit and develop talent, ensuring robust succession plans.
  • Set and assess team and individual goals, managing performance effectively.
  • Motivate teams to ensure exceptional service, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovation.
  • Partner with HR to ensure proper recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Provide training to both new and tenured team members to balance skills and needs.
  • Design, implement, and measure programs to improve operational performance.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Partner with senior leadership internally and externally.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, monitoring team performance in a call center environment.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven leadership abilities and innovative critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Experience

Compensation

Base salary range of USD $175,000-$185,000.
