Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience.
  • Develop store selling associates by supporting their top VIP client experiences, including zone events and personalized hosting.
  • Collaborate with store leaders, the Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on client retention and development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Skills

Expertise in Ready-to-Wear fashion. Strong client-centric approach and ability to build long-lasting relationships. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal business partners and high-profile clients. Knowledge of luxury fashion industry trends and competitors. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, demonstrating expertise in Ready-to-Wear fashion and client relationship management.

Workplace

This position is based in San Diego, California, USA, within easy reach of San Diego.

Compensation

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
