Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on the Women's Ready-To-Wear category.
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling client needs.
  • Act as the primary resource for product knowledge and clienteling techniques in the store.
  • Drive the Ready-To-Wear business through strategic initiatives and client development.
  • Conduct product training and manage new product launches.
  • Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team through briefings and coaching.
  • Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating superior clienteling skills.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and the Women's Ready-To-Wear category.
  • Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top sales in the category.
  • Experience in fostering positive client relationships and delivering outstanding product knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.

Skills

Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide strategic feedback and drive business initiatives. Proficiency in conducting training sessions and coaching team members. Strong leadership and clienteling abilities.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Workplace

This position is based in San Jose, California, USA, within easy reach of San Francisco.

Compensation

Hourly rate of USD $30-36, plus commission opportunities.
