Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary in-store expert for Watches & Jewelry, offering guidance on selling and clienteling techniques.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business updates to the team through briefings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching.
- Observe and support team members during the selling process, introducing the Watches & Jewelry category.
- Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.
- Drive in-store Watches & Jewelry business and ensure product expertise.
- Facilitate product training and manage new product launches.
- Develop and nurture client relationships.
Qualifications
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its Watches & Jewelry category.
- Proven track record as a sales leader in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
- Demonstrated product knowledge in Watches & Jewelry.
- Analytical and commercial acumen.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with a focus on Watches & Jewelry.

Compensation
Hourly rate of USD $28-32, plus commission opportunities.
