Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the category expert for clients and the store team.
  • Cultivate and grow successful client relationships within the luxury retail segment.
  • Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand's market position and drive business results.
  • Act as a Brand ambassador, focusing on the Exotics, Objets Nomades, and Hardsided categories.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and convey a passion for the products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of specialty retail experience.

Skills

Professional presentation and excellent communication skills. Self-starter, dependable, and punctual. Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities. Computer literacy and a fashion-forward mindset. Team player with a strategic mindset. Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in specialty retail, preferably within the luxury sector, is required.
