Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive category performance by achieving monthly watch reservation targets.
  • Serve as a Louis Vuitton watch expert, connecting LV Watchmaking savoir-faire with the brand's heritage for teams and clients.
  • Cascade global product and clienteling watch strategy to store and region through corporate partnership with W&J Merch team.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Train, develop, and coach the store team on appointment culture, selling skills, and create engaging animations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar field.

Skills

Client-centric approach with a focus on excellence. Innovative thinking and retail intelligence. Emotional intelligence and effective communication skills. Strong commercial mindset and understanding of competitive landscape and market trends. Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity while promoting curiosity.

Experience
