Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary in-store expert for Watches & Jewelry, providing guidance on selling and clienteling techniques.
  • Collaborate with management to drive business growth and communicate corporate strategies.
  • Conduct product training sessions and facilitate new product launches.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, leading by example in clienteling practices.
  • Manage a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and sales leadership.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its product categories.
  • Proven track record as a top seller in Watches & Jewelry.
  • Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to foster positive client relationships.
  • Analytical and commercial acumen.

Skills

Expertise in Watches & Jewelry. Sales leadership and clienteling. Effective communication and training delivery. Analytical thinking and commercial insight.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Compensation

Hourly rate of USD$30-36 plus commission opportunities.
