Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on the Watches & Jewelry, High End category.
  • Lead sales efforts in the Watches & Jewelry category while supporting sales across the brand.
  • Provide market data, feedback, and industry trends to management.
  • Cultivate and develop trusted relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and coaching.
  • Assist in team observation during selling ceremonies and support product category introductions.
  • Manage a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrate exceptional clienteling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in luxury retail with a focus on client relationship cultivation.
  • Expertise in Watches & Jewelry, High End product category.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Skills

Advanced sales and clienteling skills. Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic feedback. Leadership and coaching abilities.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment, specifically within the Watches & Jewelry sector.

The role is situated in Los Angeles, California, USA — conveniently close to Los Angeles.

Compensation

Hourly rate of USD $30/hr - $34/hr plus commission opportunities.
