Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of the brand with a focus on Watches & Jewelry, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Identify and fulfill client needs, guiding them across the brand's offerings.
  • Act as the voice of the Watches & Jewelry category for clients and team members within the store.
  • Provide expert advice and comprehensive guidance on the Watches & Jewelry category, supporting team members with detailed client inquiries.
  • Assess client style and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Participate in store activities to achieve overall objectives.
  • Develop and maintain extensive brand and product knowledge within the Watches & Jewelry category.
  • Promote and demonstrate ownership of the Watches & Jewelry category, showcasing passion and knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Support the Team Manager in business development and contribute to sales.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal category display.
  • Act as a reference point for Watches & Jewelry, sharing product passion and inspiring others.
  • Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge in-store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Skills

Expertise in Watches & Jewelry with the ability to provide detailed product knowledge. Strong client advisory skills with a focus on style and technical aspects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Proactive approach to business development and sales.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry, specifically within the Watches & Jewelry sector.
