Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales results in the watches and jewelry category.
  • Proactively recruit and engage new clients, leveraging clienteling tools to build long-term relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on product categories, assessing client style and making tailored recommendations.
  • Support team members with detailed product information when needed.
  • Act as an ambassador and role model for the watches and jewelry category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
  • Develop client relationships with a focus on local clients, contributing to business development and sales.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal product display.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the competition.
  • Partner with the Team Manager to provide feedback on product performance and market trends.
  • Serve as a reference point for the watches and jewelry category, inspiring others with product passion.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Learning and Development Manager to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of watches and jewelry.
  • GIA certification is preferable.
  • Professional attitude with a commercial mindset and willingness to take responsibility.

Skills

Excellent styling skills with a strong sense of personal style. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships. Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous. Agility and curiosity with a strong sense of empathy.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
