Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and comprehensive guidance on the Men's Ready-to-Wear category to clients, including style and technical details.
  • Serve as a style advisor, assessing clients' fashion preferences and recommending suitable products.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store objectives.
  • Develop and maintain extensive brand and product knowledge within the Men's Ready-to-Wear category.
  • Act as an ambassador and role model for the Men's Ready-to-Wear category, demonstrating passion and knowledge of market competition.
  • Support the Team Manager in business development and contribute significantly to sales.
  • Ensure optimal visual merchandising of the Men's Ready-to-Wear category in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.
  • Serve as a reference point for the Men's Ready-to-Wear category, sharing product passion and inspiring team members.
  • Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge in the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, specifically in the Men's Ready-to-Wear category.

Skills

Exceptional client advisory skills with a focus on luxury fashion. Strong style assessment and product recommendation abilities. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and market competition. Proficiency in visual merchandising principles.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a specialization in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
