Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and foster productivity.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure process improvement initiatives align with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Validated 8+ years’ experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly advantageous.

Skills

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging a data-driven approach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong familiarity with digital technologies such as process automation, data analytics, ERP systems.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience, with over five years managing and coaching both individual contributors and leaders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
