Role & Responsibilities
- Drive process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and foster productivity.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure process improvement initiatives align with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Validated 8+ years’ experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience, with over five years managing and coaching both individual contributors and leaders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
