Join Louis Vuitton in Ducey, France as a Continuous Improvement Methods Engineer Intern. Gain invaluable experience in a leading luxury brand and contribute to process enhancements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct critical analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Propose and implement improvement actions on production lines.
  • Ensure the progressive deployment of a safer and more orderly work environment to reduce accident risks and improve working conditions.
  • Draft standard sheets aimed at enhancing ORPA (Order, Tidiness, Cleanliness, and Improvement) topics.
  • Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ideally, previous experience in an industrial environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies (such as 5S). Strong listening skills, rigor, and adaptability. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.

Experience

Entry-level experience in an industrial setting is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
