Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives the Louis Vuitton promise of exceptional service.
  • Discover and fulfill client needs to tailor their in-store experience, enhancing their perception of the brand.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
  • Master brand and product knowledge to effectively advise clients across all product categories.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment, preferably within the luxury or high-end retail sector.

Skills

Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset. Ability to form meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience
