Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives the highest standard of service in line with the Louis Vuitton promise.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships through personalized service and the use of in-house clienteling tools.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets by leveraging a strategic sales and commercial mindset.
  • Enhance the client experience by tailoring interactions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Contribute to the store's success by utilizing creativity and forward-thinking to uphold the brand's heritage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment, preferably in high-end or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strategic sales and commercial acumen. Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow. Creativity in enhancing client experiences.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a customer-centric role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.

Compensation

Salary range of USD $26,000 - $29,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
