Join Louis Vuitton in Amsterdam as a Client Advisor. Seeking a Chinese speaker with 3+ years of experience for a full-time role at Schiphol Airport. Enhance client relationships and drive sales in a luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
  • Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the brand.
  • Professional attitude and team spirit.
  • Responsibility and ownership.
  • Strong command of English and preferably Dutch.

Skills

Client engagement and relationship building. Sales acumen and target achievement. Team collaboration. Brand and product knowledge acquisition.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
