Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies for metal parts in alignment with company goals for capacity, quality, competitiveness, and innovation.
  • Manage a diverse supplier panel, ensuring portfolio security through diversification plans and supplier development.
  • Enhance the supply chain in collaboration with supply chain teams, focusing on capacity building and industrial agility.
  • Initiate continuous improvement processes with the quality team to optimize purchasing costs.
  • Implement an RSE roadmap in line with group and brand commitments, focusing on responsible sourcing and circular creativity.
  • Challenge partners on product and process innovations.
  • Oversee relationships with internal interfaces and resolve supplier-related incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to purchasing processes, including contractual agreements, RFQs, audits, and budget management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in purchasing.

Skills

Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel and PowerBi. Experience with PLM and SAP software. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in the purchasing domain, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related field.
