Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day protection of store assets and enforce asset protection strategies.
  • Combat shrinkage and enhance safety for clients and employees.
  • Lead and develop training for Asset Protection staff and store team members.
  • Provide consultative support to the Store Director on Asset Protection challenges.

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of Asset Protection standards and procedures.
  • Experience leading investigations with W-Z or CFI Certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.

Skills

Advanced organizational and reporting skills. Proficiency in Excel and computer applications. Experience with Security/Asset Protection equipment such as C.C.T.V and Alarm Systems.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior-level Asset Protection Management, preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors.

This position is based in Costa Mesa, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range of USD $100,000 - $120,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
