Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans enhancing sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency within the product category.
  • Maintain department organization and visual presentation to align with Loro Piana’s luxury standards.
  • Develop strong client relationships through managing VIC initiatives and post-sale services.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to oversee team success, delegate tasks, and provide training.
  • Lead the department to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Communicate sales updates and analyses to team members, fostering strategic planning.
  • Define and oversee objectives, tracking team achievements through performance analysis.
  • Support operational procedures including inventory management and shift planning.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising activities to ensure product display aligns with standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
  • Passion for the Loro Piana brand and luxury industry.

Experience

Compensation

Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
