Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute visually appealing displays, including window concepts and mannequins, to showcase luxury goods.
  • Implement Loro Piana’s visual guidelines provided by corporate visual merchandising teams, adapting them to the store’s unique setting.
  • Strategically place and rotate merchandise to highlight key collections and seasonal items, enhancing product appeal and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to optimize the layout and design of the store for an immersive client experience.
  • Coordinate with store leadership to identify key visual merchandising goals and strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Oversee the movement of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, preparing products for display.
  • Uphold store maintenance standards by regularly inspecting displays and products for consistency and quality.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail and visual merchandising experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Strong passion for Loro Piana products and visual merchandising. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Creative with strong attention to detail. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and visual merchandising, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

The role is situated in Beverly Hills, California, USA — conveniently close to Los Angeles.

Compensation

Loro Piana provides a salary range of $24.00 to $28.00 USD per hour, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
