Loro Piana seeks a Trims and Metal Hardware Product Coordinator in Impruneta, Italy. Join a luxury fashion leader to oversee product development and industrialization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Design Team to develop prototypes from initial sketches.
  • Manage 3D modeling processes using relevant software.
  • Liaise with external manufacturers to ensure timely production of high-quality items and ensure prototype and sample production meets planning, timing, and quality expectations.
  • Support the creation of technical specifications by providing necessary details in conjunction with Product teams.
  • Evaluate sample collections against design standards and implement necessary revisions to ensure consistency.
  • Oversee product industrialization by monitoring production phases, implementing necessary adjustments, and promptly addressing any required modifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of previous experience in the industry.
  • Specific knowledge of trims and metal hardware technical design.

Skills

Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in ProJ, PLM, and/or SAP. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel for business within Italy and abroad.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry is required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management or similar.

This position is based in Impruneta, Tuscany, Italy.
