Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of innovative ideas and trend proposals for internal and external suppliers.
  • Source suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Engage in design briefs to provide suggestions and alternatives.
  • Collaborate on the quotations of all products created by the Designers.
  • Seek innovative and creative proposals throughout the year.
  • Contribute to research, selection of materials, and suppliers for leather goods and their industrialization, including prototyping, sampling, and production.
  • Ensure compliance with qualitative excellence of raw materials, collaborating with the Raw Material Quality Control team.
  • Collaborate on the costing process of the Shoes category, utilizing company tools.
  • Work closely with tanneries and external suppliers to optimize production phases, managing necessary industrialization actions on raw materials.
  • Maintain contact with laboratories, raw material purchasing, and industrialization offices, interfacing with quality technicians and raw material warehouses.
  • Collaborate with the raw material purchasing office, quality control office, and product office.
  • Validate the Master of materials for Production.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Good knowledge of leather and exotic leather.

Skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proactive and responsible attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. English language proficiency is preferable. Willingness to travel frequently.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
