Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales process in alignment with company standards.
  • Deliver and sustain a high level of customer service.
  • Cultivate and manage commercial relationships with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales service with efficiency and care to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty, enhancing the brand image.
  • Manage client claims with the support of a supervisor.
  • Transform every customer interaction into a positive experience, consistently promoting the brand image.
  • Communicate client information to management.
  • Follow up on client requests.
  • Participate in product presentations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product categories in store.
  • Ensure the proper care and presentation of the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
  • Alignment with the Loro Piana brand identity and a passion for luxury products.

Skills

Strong luxury touch and approach. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficient clienteling skills. Fluency in German and English.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique is required.
