Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to the brand's qualitative standards throughout the sales and after-sales processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive store environment and enhance performance.
- Receive and display products in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace following company guidelines.
- Manage the sales process in line with company standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide efficient after-sales service to maintain client loyalty and promote the brand image.
- Handle customer claims with supervisor support.
- Communicate client feedback to management and follow up on client requests.
- Participate in product presentations and maintain in-depth knowledge of all product categories.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
- Alignment with Loro Piana's brand values and product offerings.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury boutique setting.
