Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Adhere to brand standards throughout the sales and after-sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and high-performance store environment.
- Receive and display products in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace as per company guidelines.
- Manage the sales process following company standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients.
- Ensure efficient and caring after-sales service to promote client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Handle client claims with support from supervisors.
- Communicate client feedback to management and execute follow-up on client requests.
- Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
- Alignment with Loro Piana brand values and product knowledge.
- Strong luxury touch and approach.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury boutique.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Capri, Campania, Italy.
