Loro Piana seeks a Retail Excellence Manager in Los Angeles, California, to enhance the guest experience through coaching and training. Join a leading luxury brand within the LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consistent on-the-job coaching to ensure top-tier guest experience and flawless execution.
- Drive boutique performance through one-on-one observations and in-the-moment coaching on selling skills, client development, and product knowledge.
- Support the development of boutique 'Experience Manager on Duty' through observation and mentorship.
- Facilitate network-wide learning programs and ensure timely training on local and global Retail Excellence Programs.
- Adapt Global Retail Excellence content for the local market and develop bespoke preparations for new boutique openings.
- Conduct post-training follow-up activities, including tracking attendance and gathering feedback.
- Contribute to identifying training and coaching needs and propose appropriate learning interventions.
- Manage Loro Piana’s Client Experience Evaluation program and develop strategic action plans to improve performance.
- Monitor client communication channels and ensure constructive feedback is addressed.
- Manage departmental operating budgets accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, education, training, or learning & development.
- Background in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
- A college degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation
Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
