Loro Piana seeks a Retail Excellence Manager in Los Angeles, California, to enhance the guest experience through coaching and training. Join a leading luxury brand within the LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent on-the-job coaching to ensure top-tier guest experience and flawless execution.
  • Drive boutique performance through one-on-one observations and in-the-moment coaching on selling skills, client development, and product knowledge.
  • Support the development of boutique 'Experience Manager on Duty' through observation and mentorship.
  • Facilitate network-wide learning programs and ensure timely training on local and global Retail Excellence Programs.
  • Adapt Global Retail Excellence content for the local market and develop bespoke preparations for new boutique openings.
  • Conduct post-training follow-up activities, including tracking attendance and gathering feedback.
  • Contribute to identifying training and coaching needs and propose appropriate learning interventions.
  • Manage Loro Piana’s Client Experience Evaluation program and develop strategic action plans to improve performance.
  • Monitor client communication channels and ensure constructive feedback is addressed.
  • Manage departmental operating budgets accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, education, training, or learning & development.
  • Background in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
  • A college degree in a related field is preferred.

Skills

Exceptional facilitation skills and impactful sales floor presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Miro, InDesign, and Canva is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable. Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations. Ability to accommodate 60-70% travel, including international destinations.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, education, training, or learning & development, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

A college degree in a related field is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Los Angeles, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.

Compensation

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
