Join Loro Piana in Milan as a Personalization Customer Service Specialist. Leverage your expertise in luxury fashion to manage bespoke orders in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for retail and wholesale networks regarding Personalization orders, including Bespoke, Made-to-Order (MTO), and Made-to-Measure (MTM).
  • Receive and process inquiries and orders from stores.
  • Clarify any uncertainties related to orders, such as delivery dates and missing information.
  • Communicate order progress and address any issues, including changes, cancellations, or delays.
  • Manage critical issues and resolve problems related to order delays or quality concerns.
  • Ensure order completeness and accuracy before forwarding to production teams.
  • Update and track order status.
  • Follow up with stores on pending inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from stores and areas.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in fashion or luxury companies, preferably in a similar role.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ROL/SAP/ProJ is advantageous. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language is a plus. Strong relationship-building skills with team and internal stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving approach, precision, teamwork attitude, and flexibility.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for experience in fashion or luxury sectors.

Education

Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
