Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of brand and client events, including VIP events, store openings, trunk shows, pop-up openings, and in-store activations.
  • Manage and organize internal and external event inventory and supplies.
  • Support the creation of event presentations, reports, and recaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Events team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, Event Management, or a related field.

Skills

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with luxury brands and the fashion industry is a plus.

Experience

Previous internship experience in the fashion or events industry is strongly preferred.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field.
