Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing brand and in-store events, ensuring alignment with Loro Piana's brand image and standards.
  • Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, event supplies, invitations, catering, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the Milan headquarters to coordinate project needs.
  • Monitor event budgets and track expenditures, providing regular reports.
  • Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across the retail network.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing and events team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials and event inventory.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

Skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with marketing software and CRM systems is a plus. A strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.

Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

Compensation

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
