Join Loro Piana in Hong Kong as a Client Advisor. Located in the vibrant Pacific Place, this role requires retail sales expertise and Cantonese proficiency. Be part of a luxury brand under the LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Foster brand loyalty by engaging clients and conveying Loro Piana's values.
- Monitor individual sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Welcome clients warmly and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Maintain and update the client book to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Ensure the store's image and sales space are impeccably maintained.
- Provide exceptional service, going the extra mile when necessary.
- Contribute to efficient stock management and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver customer service that meets Loro Piana's high standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Workplace
This position is based in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
