Join Loro Piana in Sunrise, Florida as an Assistant Store Manager. This role involves supporting store operations, optimizing sales, and managing a team in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, including task delegation and performance management.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners.
  • Support the sales process by ensuring luxury service standards and managing client relationships.
  • Partner with the Store Manager in team management, including task delegation and professional development.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members to foster growth and productivity.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members.
  • Lead team meetings to update on store performance and priorities.
  • Manage operational procedures such as inventory management and scheduling.
  • Oversee after-sales processes, including alterations and repairs.
  • Report and manage store facilities and maintenance issues.
  • Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing within budget constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management. Ability to travel and work weekends. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in management and sales, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
