Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of global arts, culture, and interior design initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage selected projects from concept to implementation under the strategic guidance of the Director.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external partners, including artists, architects, designers, and cultural institutions, fostering consistent collaboration.
  • Represent the projects function in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with Image, PR, Communications, Events, and Product teams.
  • Draft and coordinate project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Consolidate KPIs and prepare reports and presentations to highlight project progress and achievements.
  • Monitor trends in arts, culture, and interior design to support the Director in identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the industry.

Skills

Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Positive attitude and passion for arts and design.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in the industry, preferably in a similar role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
