Join Loro Piana in Tokyo as an Accountant. Manage financial operations and support luxury fashion excellence in a full-time, on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage payment processes including expense reimbursements, vendor invoices, intercompany transactions, and taxes.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accrued liabilities.
  • Handle intercompany transactions.
  • Register and depreciate fixed assets.
  • Issue invoices and receipts.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable.
  • Register new vendors.
  • Assist with internal audits.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Support tax filing processes.
  • Assist in system implementation and other projects.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Conversational level English or proficiency in reading and writing English.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.

Skills

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAP.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
