Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and organization of spare parts inventory.
  • Lead and mentor a team of stock management personnel.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of stock orders and deliveries.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.
  • Coordinate with other departments to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Leadership experience in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and software.

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
