Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Longines products and brand heritage.
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and CRM activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a related field is preferred.

This position is based in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
