Join LOEWE in Madrid as a Visual Merchandising Manager for Ready-to-Wear & Shoes. Lead global VM strategies in a luxury fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Visual Merchandising strategy for Ready-to-Wear and Footwear categories.
  • Collaborate with the Global Merchandising team to develop guidelines for RTW, footwear, bust forms, and window displays.
  • Align with Campaign and Marketing Communications to produce seasonal bust looks for in-store displays and window animations.
  • Coordinate and execute showroom setups for press presentations and Buying Sessions.
  • Plan and execute global in-store launches, ensuring alignment with worldwide VM best practices.
  • Manage seasonal collection activations in alignment with regional markets.
  • Demonstrate agility in response to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail market.

Skills

Aesthetic sensibility and intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts, and crafts. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector.
