Join Loewe in Singapore as a Fashion Stylist Team Leader. Leverage your expertise in luxury fashion to curate exceptional styling experiences for elite clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Leverage an established network of Very Important Clients (VICs) and cultivate new elite clientele to strengthen their connection to the Maison.
- Act as a trusted personal stylist and fashion consultant, guiding clients through exclusive selections of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Handbags, and elevated pieces.
- Identify high-potential clients and elevate their shopping experience through tailored recommendations and personalized interactions.
- Drive sales of elevated pieces by translating the Maison's aesthetic into bespoke styling solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to support clienteling and styling activations during private events and key brand moments.
- Embody the Maison’s DNA by mastering styling fundamentals and curating cohesive looks.
- Inspire the team with a deep understanding of fashion trends and the Loewe silhouette, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Elevate in-store styling culture by guiding Client Advisors in refining their styling proposals and approach.
- Conduct personalized styling sessions, creating immersive and aspirational experiences for clients.
- Cultivate an emotional connection between clients, the brand, and their wardrobe selections, reinforcing loyalty and exclusivity.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Recognized fashion authority with an established VIC client book.
- Highly attuned to the needs of affluent clientele, delivering tailored luxury experiences.
- Deep knowledge of styling, trends, and luxury fashion with a strong affinity for Loewe’s aesthetic.
- Experience in hosting private styling sessions and exclusive events.
- Dynamic and inspiring professional eager to educate and guide Client Advisors.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
