Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand a high-end clientele, acting as a personal shopper and supporting the growth of ready-to-wear and footwear collections.
- Demonstrate strong styling skills and fashion acumen to sell elevated pieces.
- Support styling and clienteling during events.
- Participate in international styling seminars and conferences annually.
- Inspire and coach the team to embrace the Loewe style and adapt their proposals accordingly.
- Deliver training and coaching to the team in collaboration with management.
- Share the brand's history and heritage with the team and clients.
- Maintain efficient, clean, and organized product displays and inventory management.
- Collaborate in all store activities to achieve overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
- Strong passion for luxury fashion with a focus on ready-to-wear.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong business vision.
