Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Director in identifying business opportunities to exceed commercial results.
  • Coach and develop the team through regular feedback and personalized development plans.
  • Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring effective succession planning.
  • Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet business needs.
  • Set and monitor team and individual goals, providing support and management.
  • Lead and inspire managers and team leaders to grow their business and people.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Communicate company messages with passion during briefings and meetings.
  • Role model client connection and coach the team on selling techniques.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Develop customer database by optimizing data capture and integrity.
  • Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Director.
  • Focus on developing specific product categories within the store.
  • Build and grow a loyal client base using available tools and opportunities.
  • Understand market trends and competitive landscape to enhance knowledge.
  • Analyze store performance and develop necessary actions.
  • Assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Director.
  • Ensure store processes and procedures provide a best-in-class client experience.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading diverse teams to success in a similar environment.
  • Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
