Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of client advisors to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Support the Store Manager/Director in client development and succession planning.

- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Cultivate long-lasting client relationships using available resources and tools.
- Ensure optimal client service by managing customer flow and service levels.
- Drive sales for assigned product categories and analyze performance metrics.

- Lead store operations in the absence of senior management.

Annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000, depending on experience and skills.
