Join Loewe in Las Vegas as a Department Manager, Leather Goods. Lead a team to achieve sales targets in a vibrant luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of client advisors to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Support the Store Manager/Director in client development and retention.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to drive business goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance.
- Recruit and develop talent, ensuring effective succession planning.
- Manage customer flow to guarantee exceptional client service.
- Drive sales in the leather goods category through performance analysis and strategic actions.
- Enhance the team's product knowledge to improve key performance indicators.
- Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and inventory management standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for luxury fashion and leather goods.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Fluency in English.
