Join LOEWE in Riyadh as a Client Advisor. Engage with clients, achieve sales objectives, and contribute to the luxury fashion brand's legacy. Fluent in English and Arabic required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store objectives.
  • Engage clients emotionally to provide exceptional and memorable experiences.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Maintain client relations through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
  • Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
  • Highlight product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
  • Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on company tools.
  • Collaborate as a team player, contributing to store objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
  • Maintain products efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized both front and back of house.
  • Support inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
  • Experience in a similar customer-centric role.

Skills

Deep interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture. Inclusivity and open-mindedness. Confidence, service orientation, adaptability, and empathy. Effective communication skills with sensitivity to build and maintain a client portfolio. Results-driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team player attitude. Fluency in English and Arabic.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-centric role.
