Join LOEWE in Paris as a Client Advisor. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and fluency in English and French. Engage with clients and contribute to the brand's legacy of craftsmanship and culture.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through engaging and emotional connections.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and personalized notes.
  • Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
  • Showcase product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
  • Expand and update client information using company tools.
  • Collaborate as a team player to meet store objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE standards.
  • Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
  • Assist with inventory management and back of house tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
