Join LOEWE in Milan as a Client Advisor. This full-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-centric position and fluency in English and Italian.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
  • Provide an exceptional and memorable client experience through emotional engagement.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
  • Convey the brand's history and heritage effectively.
  • Showcase product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
  • Expand and update the client book using company tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
  • Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and other back of house tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
  • Experience in a customer-centric role.

Skills

Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture. Inclusive and open-minded attitude. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic approach. Effective communication skills with sensitivity to build and maintain a client portfolio. Results-driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team player attitude. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role.
