Join LOEWE in Melbourne as a Client Advisor. This full-time role offers opportunities in luxury fashion retail within the LVMH group, located in the vibrant CBD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Utilize clienteling and CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate brand values.
- Assist in store operations and back-of-house functions.
Qualifications
- Understanding of the luxury fashion industry, particularly in clienteling and CRM.
- Previous experience in a fashion retail environment, luxury preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
