Join Loewe in Madrid as a Client Advisor, providing exceptional client experiences in a luxury fashion environment. Temporary full-time position in Spain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Provide exceptional and memorable client experiences through engaging interactions.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
- Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
- Showcase product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
- Expand and update client information using company tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe's standards.
- Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
- Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in achieving individual and team goals.
- Experience in a customer-centric role.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Inclusive and open-minded attitude.
- Confident, adaptable, and empathetic communication style.
- Commercial mindset with a team player attitude.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role is required.
