Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives to drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to surpass client expectations.
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools for effective customer data management and personalized engagement.
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues to enhance workplace environment.
- Maintain organization of sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company policy.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, adhering to Loewe's standards.
- Uphold Loewe's image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Qualifications
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Ability to build enduring relationships with customers and colleagues.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.
