Join LOEWE in Chicago as a Client Advisor. This full-time role requires luxury fashion sales experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the brand's growth.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to collect and manage customer data for tailored client interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and communicative work environment.
  • Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, aligning with LOEWE's aesthetic.
  • Ensure compliance with LOEWE's image standards and company policies.
  • Accurately record customer information in the database.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Manage a detailed client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
  • Support inventory control and shipping/receiving processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Over three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit. Adaptability to diverse customer needs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Foreign language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment is required.
