Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to surpass client expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and analyze customer data for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and communicative workplace environment.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company standards.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, maintaining LOEWE's presentation standards.
- Uphold LOEWE's image standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client follow-ups.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Qualifications
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail setting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
