Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador for the prestigious Le Bon Marché brand, embodying and promoting the men's fashion universe to clientele.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to the brand's sales protocols and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Advise clients and facilitate sales transactions through to completion, including payment processing.
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio to extend the shopping experience beyond the store and foster customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze individual sales KPIs, such as turnover, average basket value, and item quantities, to devise strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Ensure the optimal presentation and promotion of products within the sales area.
  • Participate in inventory management and commercial operations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in men's fashion brands.
  • Proven results-oriented mindset.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.
